We had a wonderful dining experience at Chimney's recently! The baked seafood eggplant was easily the best appetizer I've ever had. The soup of the day (some sort of oyster bisque though I can't recall the name) was delightful. Our main course was blackened stuffed filet which was absolute melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The key lime pie was a perfectly light and refreshing way to end dinner.
