RecommendedI just moved in and the staff is so amazing here. The staff is on top of making my apartment feel like a home. Staff is very personable n address you by your name. I love all the beautiful upgrades. The one time repairs that are need getting done the next business day. I am super excited to see all the amenities but do to Covid the gym isn’t open but I am so excited to see what they offer. Thank you ladies n Gentlemen for making me feel at home here. They will be now part of my extended family.. 5 stars everyone

I just want to personally state that Chimneytop staff has always been professional and honest. My apt flooded and Jennifer kept an open line of communication, wether I wanted to hear the news or not. I was never mislead or lied to. That shows true character. I would recommend this location based upon the willingness of the front office to help you in your time of need. These apartments are crap ! Don’t live here! The management is horrible & the apartments are horrible! Apartments have mold and cockroaches & my apartment got flooded with the sinks And toilets not getting fixed because management never does anything to fix anybody’s problem. I recommend to not to live here.
