Terrible, unsatisfactory service. I called five days ago for this appointment. Wasted half a vacation day waiting for tech to come and get pilot light in gas fireplace lit. He did light it, but it went out again a few hours after he left (not a windy day today). I still haven't been able to get it going again, even after several attempts. I know he did something to tweak it since I complained about air noise in line. Seems to me he could have spent more than 4 minutes of his day making sure it was operational. Good morning *****, and thank you for contacting us. Our technician that stopped by was only instructed to relight the pilot, for no charge to you at all. Once the pilot was lit again and all appeared to be functional, he did leave without any charge to you. This was a free stop so that we could relight your pilot because were were out there in March of 2016 for a full fireplace cleaning.
