They took the time to explain all my gas fireplace options...twice! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure to buy, but happy to quickly schedule when a decision was made.

I had a minor error code popping up on my pellet stove display which I did not know how to remedy. I called to set up a service appoint for the Chimney Sweep Fireplace Shop to come out and repair it. Instead the helpful technician, gave me a step by step process to reset the stove which took a total of three minutes to fix. Now our stove is working perfectly again. Thank You so much for your helpful insight!!!!
The Chimney Sweep is great! I was raised on fireplaces from here. I have a really nice harthstone that we crowd around in the winter, and take some used wrapping paper to burn to see fun colors! As a family we look forward to being able to use our hearthstone from the Chimney Sweep and the Steam Dragon we got from them too! We have never gone wrong going to the Chimney Sweep for anything fireplace related. Thank you Chimney Sweep!
Chimney Sweep Firplace shop provides superior service and products. I have shopped for years there and they sell more than fireplaces. They have awesome grills, outdoor fireplaces, appliances as well! When you shop quality it lasts for years. Chimney Sweep is the only place to shop!!!
