This company is a complete joke! My husband has called twice to speak with people and each time asking for them to return his call and they do not! After they make a sale to a customer they do not care about anything that happens after they get their money! They do not try to help their customers at all with any issues that they are having. We spent $6,000.00 with this place and they were helpful and nice the day they got their money but after that they have been rude and have had very very poor customer service! When our new stove smoked and wouldn’t draw properly, they did the right thing by us. We don’t know whether that stove was a lemon, or if the design was just wrong for our situation, but they swapped it out at no cost for a different (and more expensive) stove, which is working out great. Thanks for the great customer serviced!

terrible customer service! i scheduled a stove inspection for today...they could not tell me when the person would come, so i waited literally all day. he was supposed to call before he came, but didn't, then finally shows up at 4:45 as i'm on my way to work, and gives ME attitude as though i somehow wronged him. you guys need a better system. how can you not give a window of time, but instead make people wait all day? absurd. get it together. FAIL

They need seriously better service/install personnel. We had them out 3 times, once for repair of an old stove, once for installing a new stove and once for repairing said new stove- all three times the service was horrendous. We will be going with another company to repair the stove they sold us broken and were unable to fix.

Thank you Cmimney Sweep for your excellent service. We were very unhappy with the quality of a new Encore Vermont Casting stove purchased about 8 weeks ago. There was a problem from the start with the doors not closing flush. This was due to the stove‘s poor construction. Two service calls were made to try to fix it. Randy Machia, a salesman worked with us to exchange the Encore for a Jotul F 50 TL. Thank you to all for making our home warm and comfy.

Terrible customer service. Never call you back. Total lack of communication between service and installation departments in solving my problem. Everyone I talked to was so dismissive and no follow thru. I felt so demeaned and insulted. I actually left in tears

Gas fireplace service, hadn’t been done in 10 years. This is what customer service should be. Prompt, great guys, explained everything, put everything back in its place, just an Excellent experience!

Damien has been servicing our Jotel propane fireplace for the past 5 years and is always polite, very competent and knowledgeable. Bob seems to be a great addition. To the team! Thank you!
