Chimney Rock Grill This restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere located in the Switzer ski area, wonderful view of the lake & mountains. The food is good , average menu, good service

The menus change seasonally and I understand that. However, when you have more drinks to offer than any decent food then you should advertise as a bar. The food has drastically changed. The garlic fries that were phenomenal last year are now ‘infused’ with garlic butter...to save money? Smaller cups for salad dressing. Poor customer service. Inattentive staff and uncaring really. Good food... nice atmosphere... friendly staff... 👍🏻
The service was TERRIBLE. She didnt event speak 5 words to us. She was rude and didn't even ask us how we were doing or what we wanted to drink. She stood there and made us talk to her. We ordered the bruschetta on the menu and it wasn't very good. On top of that our server didn't bring us any napkins or side plates for the appetizer. She didn't come check up on us and see how we were liking our food. I won't ever go back. It was a complete waste of money..
Fries were cold, hard, small and thin. Service was soooo slow and they were no very friendly. it wasn't busy. The price was alot and the quality of the food was not worth the price. No one refilled drinks. Will not go to again. We should have just served ourselves😞
The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff is beyond amazing!
