We had a communication breakdown on the date of service. After waiting an hour an a half for the technician, I called the office for an update. I was told she would find out what was going on and call me right back. Another hour passes with no return call, so I call the office again and different lady answers. She apologizes and said she will look into it and call me back. 2 more hours pass and nobody ever called. The owner negligently posted my private data on the Internet that I asked be removed. We have been pleased with the service we received from chimney professionals and Masonry Experts. Easy to set up appointment, courtesy call to let us know they were on their way. Prompt for scheduled appointment time. The process was explained to us by the technician, they were careful to keep our floors clean while bringing in and taking out their equipment. We have recommended chimney professionals and Masonry Experts to other friends and plan to use them again for our future fireplace needs.

Ted and his crew did an awesome job on my Chimney. I cannot afford to rebuild my chimney, so he come up with a stucco job just to make sure my chimney was safe to use. Very affordable and I love it, Highly recommend..
