Our technician couldn’t answer any of our questions. We had recently had a fire and needed answers quick. He just kept saying it was a mystery. We have black marks on the outside of the fireplace insert. He said I should just paint them over. We had to ask him to send a camera up the chimney to do a full inspection. I’m very disappointed in the service we received and don’t feel comfortable in using our fireplace after having it inspected by Chimney and Masonry Outfitters.
Horrible workmanship. Project has never been right. Had a person named Chris come out and take pictures. He was supposed to get back with us 3 weeks ago. We call and leave messages and no one calls us back!

Everyone connected with Chimney & Masonry was friendly, competent, expert and up front with my challenges and costs. The work was done beautifully when promised and clean up was excellent.
