I am a 13 year customer of this Animal Hospital and today I feel as if I was overcharged and I am beyond unhappy with this place. I will look for another Vet that can give me the correct charges for services up front and not be surprised by hidden , tacked on charges as I was today there.
I loved it here! Everyone was so helpful and made my kids, even my two four legged kids feel welcomed. I'm very thankful Chimney Lakes staff were so caring!
Took me many years to find an awesome Vet. Been going to Chimney Lakes Animal Hospital now for almost 3 years always happy. They truly treat you like you are family and love Animals.
Wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had pets all my life, moved around through the military nearly 50 years and have never had such a wonderful, caring, and compassionate staff and vet! They truly make you feel like home and family.
We love Chimney Lakes Animal Hospital! The doctor and the staff were so supportive and had so much compassion for us. They were caring and assisted us in dealing with a difficult situation and making a decision. Our Gilbert was so well cared for there and if we had any additional pets, we would definitely go back.
I've been going here for almost 12 years and they are by far the BEST!!! Not only exceptional care but also just all around wonderful people. I would never go anywhere else!
Love all of the staff at Chimney Lakes! They are so caring and gentle with our 4 legged babies.
