We feature jewelry made by Julie Claire DeVoe. We have been part of the Lowell Community since 2002. Loose diamonds, gemstones, engagement rings and hand made jewelry in sterling silver and karat gold.

Julie and cliff are awesome! Julie is quite gifted as a jewelry designer and artist! Go see her work if I’m the area.
Julie and Cliff make the perfect team. Julie loves making jewelry for her customers. Cliff and Julie are honest, Caring people. They really want to make the customer happy. They are not on the business to mark up the products. Love them both ❤️ Keep up the excellent work

Julie is an amazing artist with metals and jewels! Cliff is an amazing artist with he antics! If you need a new piece or a repair and want a good laugh stop in and see these two! I would not trust anyone but them to do work on our jewelry!
Still amazed when i look at the diamond ring they resized and did a lot of work on that i got handed down from my mother in law. They did a great job

I love Chimera. Every piece is completely unique. I have bought several pieces from this wonderful store over the years, and you will not find another anywhere. Julie is very creative.
