Nate did a wonderful job on our leaking fireplace. After getting quotes from other companies, he was the only one who took photos and explained how the water was getting in, and what he was going to do to fix it. The quote came in comparable to the others, but I immediately trusted Nate with his honesty and upfront attitude.
Chimcare was very thorough and professional. They ensured our gardens and home were protected of any kind of chimney demolition and re-construction. Nathan and Ethan McCauley were awesome to work with. Kept us informed of their arrivals and what was next. I recommend this company.
We used Chimcare to clean the insert & liner & inspect for any issues. The Chimney sweep Geoffrey A. was very professional and answered all questions. He in formed us of things to keep an eye on. He took pics of before & after the clean. He left the area clean and put down protective drop clothes. We will be using them for all our chimney needs .
Robbie W was our Fireplace Tech, and I can definitely say I will go to Chimcare next year for our chimney sweep. He was very prompt, friendly, explained to where my husband could understand just what he was doing, and there was no mess left to clean up! Thanks again, Robbie and see you next year!
The technician did a great job of removing the old tile and putting in the new one. Cloths should have been put down to control the dust, but he did vacuum after the job. I needed to dust off the bookcase and leather chair afterward. It was a good experience, and I would recommend Chimcare to others.
