I appreciate Mr. Korie Rice's expertise and honesty. We were hoping to rezone our land then subdivide it. He did research on our area then presented us with all the restrictions for our area, changes/upgrades we would have to make to be in compliance and approximate time frames. Mr. Rice made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Ultimately we decided to keep the land as-is and save the money for another venture. Thank you Mr. Rice for your time and help!
