I went in to find a seatbelt for my 2013 Lincoln Navigator. The parts department searched but of course it was obsolete. They went into the Ford computer website and found other dealers that showed availability. I was given a printout and was able to find one and ordered it. I received it in only two days and installed it. It was very nice of them to take the time to help me with a successful outcome. I would recommend them to anyone.
