Took Ford Emblem off my tire during a belt replacement, also didn't feel welcome.

Getting edge serviced went quick but they couldn’t find me due to using bathroom there & so I waited for a hour thinking car wasn’t done when it actually was done didn’t receive a phone call I finally went up to desk to check on status & that’s how I found out car was done
