DO NOT TRUST OR DEAL WITH CHILLED HEAT! They too are dishonest, rude and arrogant to customers in the office, but the guys they sent out were quite polite and nice to deal with. Got charged nearly $300 service call to check the A/C without fixing anything (parts were needed) for a few minutes looking at the machine. The quote for parts was worth more than the original machine so no didn't go for it.

Chilled Heat is a fantastic business with great systems in place and customer service that is second to none! Knowledgeable and competent technicians and friendly and accommodating office staff make this business a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended! We would not use anyone else!
