Excellent service, called on a Sunday morning. Was back home in Canada, noticed the temp climbing in my condo. Called the after hours line, and Steve was there within the hour. Condenser was gone. Steve get a new one Monday morning and had it installed by noon. Steve also followed up to let me know he was done and exactly what he did. Great company, highly recommend them.
So very impressed with this company We've been chasing an issue with our unit for the past several years. Last year we had 3 different companies come out and tell us there's nothing wrong. They don't know why it randomly freezes. Nick from Chill Squad came out and knew exactly what the problem was. Although we could have fixed it, we decided it made more sense to replace it.
