Absolutely the best experience in the Chattanooga area. He alongside chiropractic care has been a lifesaver in my life. His techniques are mindful, and really help the body to heal, and most importantly to chill one hour! Safe, welcoming environment and focused on making you feel whole again. Have been going to him for years, and will never consider another massage therapy as long as I have to!

Shawn, at Chill One Hour, was very professional. He created an atmosphere that felt both safe and relaxing for massage treatment. The place was really clean and he walks you through everything.
