I have absolutely fallen in love with Cryotherapy! The ladies out at Chill Cryo in Gahana are the best of the best too. My husband and I tried this for the first time almost 2 months ago because we are both very active people who workout and run on a daily basis. That, of course, is hard on your joints. Every since we started going I can tell an immediate difference in how quickly my muscles recover, and even how much better my blood flow is in my legs from using the boots after I hop in the 3 minute tank haha! I went for my first treatment and was very nervous but the girls at Chill eased my nerves and made the whole experience wonderful. After my morning session I felt invigorated the rest of the day - better than a cup of coffee! I will definitely do this again :)
Chill is the solution--no matter what your ailment may be, I'm convinced. I have to give Chill all the credit for helping me get my energy back. I struggled with fatigue for so long.
