I was kinda skeptical about the entire thing, I walked in very sore from a previous workout and was seeking relief (Shinsplints and a sore lower back). I was greeted by Kelsey who was very welcoming and sweet. Almost immediately after treatment my body felt better, I went from drained no energy to relaxed with energy. I’m sold on Chill Cryotherapy for muscle soreness, I highly recommend.

What a great and unique experience. As many have said in other reviews, the place is amazingly clean and has a tranquil and peaceful air to the establishment. The nice lady who was in the reception area as well as running the Cryo chamber was very friendly and professional. The experience itself was absolutely exhilarating. If you are on the fence on trying this therapy, DO IT! You won’t be disappointed.
Definitely helps with sore muscles and recovery. Great atmosphere and staff is nice.
