Almost all of the fillings she did have broken or fallen out. I have a gap between my front teeth that she drilled out that I never had. She told me that I would just have a gap now. My partials never fit and when I went back to get a cleaning I was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. I called my insurance when I got back home and was told it WAS covered. 11 teeth removed in preparation for dentures. Last fitting postponed one week due to their error (they guessed tooth color, because they forgot to administer color test) and had them remade. In that 6 days my insurance expired. They will not give me my dentures, because they can't bill the Insurance. Simply disgusting practice...
Worst dentist ever. She pulled teeth that didn’t need to be pulled. Filling kept falling out and needed to be redo 3 times. They screwed up my dentures two times and then filed a claim on my insurance even when they took them back because I went to a different dentist. Now I’m having to file a grievance and filing a formal complaint because even tho the took the teeth back they won’t file a corrective claim to reimburse my insurance and it’s left me without my dentures for almost two year as insurance pays for denture every ... read more
