We try to get to Chili's in Garland at least once every week or two. I think we pretty much know the entire staff, and they are just plain good people. The food and service is ALWAYS wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable. We would highly recommend Chili's to any of our friends. And in fact, we do that quite often.
This one was not great..went to have drinks for my birthday and well the drinks were not good at all. We first ordered longisland iced teas.. They were almost completely clear and tasted like club soda worth a hint of Lemon. Told the bar tender and all he had to say was well i used my recipe.. The sever Ty was absolutely horrible payed no attention to our table waited a good 20-25 mins before we got our check couldn't get refills didn't even write down how we wanted our food so we got stuff we didn't want and couldn't even get it fixed because there was no one in sight. Definitely not coming back to this chili's and i recommend no one else does either!
I'm my opinion Chili's has forgotten where it came from. My family went to the orignial Chili's for years. This one is better than some of the newer ones.
