The greeter at the door was semi rude. She wasn't neatly dressed. Her shirt was half hanging out in the front. She didn't even say follow me or anything just asked how many we were. She walked us to a table that was half booth half chairs. I asked if we could switch to a full booth and pointed to one and she said "That's Dirty" and promptly walked away. She didn't even wait if I had any other comments or concerns. My waitress was decent. She didn't check on us often or refills. But my food was great. I went last night.

There were 5 adults , Sunday evening when we went . They were having problems in the kitchen . One of the plates came out cold , the other plate never came , , I only had a cup of soup . The other two were ok. The waiter was very nice and couldn't apologize enough & put a rush on the one that didn't come . We went to Chili's after the fair and I was very pleased with our service. Our waiter, Warren, greeted us within a few minutes. He placed my kids order first because I wanted them to be able to start eating. My husband and I were able to place our order not long after. Warren remained patient and kind and deliver excellent customer service the whole time we were there. We didn't have to ask for anything. He did an awesome job!
