To go order to be ready at 11:10 ....it is 11:30 and order still not ready. ....you order online ahead of time to not have to sit forever and wait ....severe sucks!!!!!
If you want to go to Chilis DONT go to the one in Port Arthur!! EVERY TIME we order her something's jacked up. Just so happen the last time a few months back our fajitas were STONE COLD. Guess what I come pick up our order tonight same thing absolutely cold like they were in the freezer. The staff asked like it's no big deal it happens all the time okay I'll get it re-fired for you!! Pathetic
