My daughter and I enjoyed being pampered at a spa yesterday and then decided to have lunch at Chili's. The hostess seated us right away and within minutes our server took our orders. The food was brought within 10 minutes or so and was hot, delicious and the servings generous. The sweet tea was perfect as well. Our server was attentive but not overly so. Oh, yes...we'll be back!
My husband and I went there for lunch today.The service was wonderful and so was the waiter.The food was great too.The waiter even brought us to go drinks.
The waiter apparently was having a bad day because once we had our appetizer(chili conqueso)they had something green in it.he offered another one but with an attitude then we ask for shrimp in our pasta and he tells us I guess I will pay for it so I ask if there was a problem and he never answered but without asking he sent the manager to our table who says sorry he's having a bad day...we still left a tip even though the manager closed out our ticket
Worst most awful experience ever!! Waitress was rude and unhelpful. We sat there for thirty minutes without our food order and she neglected to get our drinks. We walked out and are on our way to somewhere with amazing service!! Lost our business forever. If I could give a zero star review I would!
Haven't been here in a while hoping they fixed things. Still the same if not worse. Ordered my meal to go. Upon ordering, the girl didn't even know what one of items I asked for was so she instead suggested other choices. Completely forgot one of my sides. Mashed potatoes were not eatable. Appetizer was wrong. She repeated the order back to me. What she had down for the appetizer wasn't even what I ordered. How do you get the wrong order, wrong? I will never be back to this location.
