Was seated and waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to table. Won't go back. One on Sheridan Street is much nicer and with a great staff. Go to Sheridan ask for Terri you'll get best service ever. She serves in bar area.
Worst experience ever at a chili’s . Me and my family went there for my daughters birthday and we had a party of 14 and got there early so we could all sit and order our food. Well we all order our food and an hour and half later we still didn’t get our food, when food came out it was cold and wrong orders and they ran out of certain foods and then I asked to speak to the manger again it was the gm he spoke to the waitress and still never came over to say sorry or nothing for the service there. I absolutely love Chili's and always have. But today my experience here was horrible. After getting there we were a party of 15. Over an hour passes and no food , so finally we say something and a hour and 20mins later they bring us our food. Then some food orders were wrong, cold and some didn't even get a meal. We ask to speak to manager he comes and leaves. Never apologized or nothing.
