So unfortunate because I love Chilis! This location has just been getting worse and worse over the past year! From service to food to cleanliness...ordered takeout the other night chicken fajitas and got terribly sick the next day! After a doctors visit I found out there was E. coli in my system no doubt from the chicken as it was the last thing I ate! Scary! My brother also ate chicken and became ill! Watch out for this Chilis!
This location has definitely gone down in food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant. The service is ok, hit or miss if you get someone good. I have expressed concerns to management in the past and recently with my family getting sick after eating here and despite this being my son's favorite place to eat, we will not be the frequent patrons we once were. Very disappointing.
This place has the worst service. Even when the waiter got the manager he had the nerve to come and say I asked the manager to come and talk to you but he is very busy right now. Had to wait for him to really??????
Adorei este restaurante. Amo Miami e sempre quando vou fico buscando lugares novos e bons como este.
Had the absolute worst experience in a dining establish here tonight. Management is horrific as well as the wait staff. I've filed a complaint with corporate I doubt it'll do anything but hopefully this review will deter future diners from going there. Honestly the staff is rude and unattentive and management is even worse. (Side note only nice thing about this place was the host very nice and happy man)
