Great food.
I’ve been to this chili’s many many times and always had great service. Over the weekend my husband, two year old, and I went around 6 so it was pretty busy. We were sat right away then waited around 45 minutes after ordering for our food. Our two year old was getting restless and I think our server noticed. He was great the whole time and kept our drinks refilled. The manager ended up taking off an item off our bill for the long wait time. Great meal good serving size great prices we got the $22 for 2 and we're quite filled up my steak was absolutely perfect. But the salsa they only offered hot I like it super mild with cilantro so that was a disappointment
We have never had a bad meal or bad service. Our favorite server is Rick, he does a great job. This last time we had Natalie and she was really good too. We love the food and wish Findlay would get a Chili’s.
I was impressed by the margarita specials 299 on Monday evening they were delicious and our waitress was amazing. She was awesome! good character good conversation really really liked her!!! Job well done!
My wife ordered two meals to go I went and picked them up and got back home started to eat my meal and lord as I’m eating my fries I look down under them was my chicken witch was not the problem. It was what was between them.. a rubber latex glove. I lost my appetite. Now I wonder if I ate part of the sweat off the glove or not.
