We usually love your food and service but today our Togo order was terrible. We got there on time for pickup and waited another 20 minutes to be given our order. My husband said it looked pretty busy and so it seemed understandable until we started eating our dinner and everything was cold. It had to have been sitting for awhile. The chicken on my salad wasn’t edible, it was chewy and difficult to bite through. Your chicken is usually great.
