We went to Chilis tonight because I still had a coupon for chips and salsa to use from a Anchorage Night Out gift bundle. Hubs is in love with their chips and salsa. I had a pick three appetizer for dinner and he had chicken enchiladas. We always ask to sit along the back wall to plug in my portable oxygen. The staff is always very attentive, refills almost before you need them. Food all so good its hard to stop! Great restaurant very good service
Very attentive server. Food was good.
Walked in with the family and waited for a minute. A couple walked past us towards the bar and the hostess, ignoring us, started to take menus to the couple. I told them we were here first and we were told to hold on a minute. He took the menus anyway as we waited. Another hostess came up and I asked if this is how it works here. She said he was just taking menus and dismissed our concern outright. Our waitress, however, was very attentive and friendly.
Chicken was old, an onion on my salad was rotten I forgot the BEST part, they forgot to take the separator paper off my burger before cooking it. I really love to eat paper! �
Normally love it but I'd recommend doing some retraining. Online you have fajitas listed, I called asked for the fajita lunch combo. Only when I got there was I made aware it's not an Alaskan thing, and my order was $17.09. Best practices is make sure your emolyoees tell the customers what their total is BEFORE hanging up the phone, and this could have been avoided, as well as if they were aware of what the online menu says. The food however was amazing, I just spent twice as much as I wanted for lunch.
