sat in the bar area. slow service. bar tender also taking care of the tables. trio fajitas 17.99 half the size of the picture. not impressed at all....

I love chili’s usually. But tonight I was a little disappointed. Asked for onions on my dish, didn’t get them. My husband asked for no pickle, he got them. We wanted dessert but our waitress was no where to be found. Finally we decided to just use the machine and pay and there was an entertainment fee on the bill. We had been sitting there for at least 20 mins. Finally gave up paid the stupid fee we did not owe and left.
I had a burger and a Margarita - both tasted fabulous. Although polite - our server had the personality of a wet washcloth and reminded me of a recent boss of mine. People in service should remember that they are in service industries and no matter what be sure to provide a great experience.
Horrible customer service. Was told a twenty minute wait, after 25 minutes two separate groups walked in and said “We are taking this table”. Rather than the host stopping them he cleaned the table for them and seated them. When did Chili’s not care about those who came in line first. What’s the purpose of putting your name on the wait list if you can just grab a table? Ridiculous!!! It’s a restaurant and all customers should be treated with the same respect and dignity. Quick, easy, affordable, tasty food. AND skillet cookies!!!
Went into Buford Ga Zaza location seated at bar waited 5 minutes no silver ware or waiter. They moved us to dining room promised a server right away 5 minutes later still nothing so we left
Food was awesome and our server Lexi was the best!
