Ok I NEVER do this but I ordered a Santa Fe salad from chili’s to go today. First time I’ve ever used curbside pick up there also! I ordered the salad with extra avocados ($1 more) so my total without a tip was $13.45!!!! I never pay that for a lunch salad either by the way. Now to the good part, imagine my surprise when I opened this lunch when I returned back to work. OMG I am furious. Guess I will not be ordering from here again!!
Our online order was incorrect when we picked it up (3rd time order was incorrect). Talked to Jordy on 5/28 and we were supposed to get a $25 gift card for inconvenience. Called back two weeks later, as not received in the mail, and Jordy said we should receive in the next day or two. It's now 6/19 and we still haven't received it.

Ordered on line arrived when told to be there. 1 hour later no food. Was told it would be another 45 mins or longer. If you aren’t prepared to handle takeout maybe just shutdown. Or be more honest with people about pickup times.

Aaron was the best server I have ever had in my life! I was there with my wife and my two teenage children, this gentleman went above and beyond to accommodate us. I don’t think I have ever felt so comfortable and so well taken care of, Aaron definitely won us over to being a Chili’s regular
Very good food. I’m very confortable with ghetto prices. Never had a bad food or service. The atmosphere nice and casual .
