Ordered the quesadilla explosion salad and the chicken was spoiled meat I let the lady know and her manager came to tell me that it could be how is marinated, this is my favorite salad I know how it's supposed to taste, how dare you argue with your customer, it would be a different situation if I wanted to get the meal for free funny thing is the first bite I took was the chicken so the plate was pretty much full. I hope I don't get sick from this and then this bites your restaurant on the behind later!!!!
I went there for dinner tonight because I got a email for kids eat free with an adult entree and because the kids wanted to watch the Stars game at dinner. It took them 45 mins to bring us our food at which time the food was cold with the exception of one kids meal. We also had ordered the two for $35 which come with 2 margaritas which the waitress asked if we wanted to make them platinum for $4 more. We said no we didn't want to make them platinum. Had Reservations for 7 had to wait on our table.Worst Service Ever party of 15 and one waitress. Took to long to get our drinks and food. Waitress was rude and the manager was making excuses for the service. Lost 15 customers tonight. Never go back.No Tip For You
Wife accidentally made out to-go order at this location as opposed to Broadway & 30....I've been standing in the to-go area for 7 minutes now with absolutely no sign of anyone actually manning this part of the business....a manager just walked in, saw me and 3 others just standing here, looked at us and walked back around the corner....nice going, Chilis!
I haven't been to this location since it burned down and I can say I was throughly disappointed. The staff was lax and I hardly saw my actual server other then when she took my order and brought my drink. My appetizer and meal came out cold and was replaced by the manager. The salsa tasted like plain tomatoes from a can, zero flavor....i will be marking this one off my list of restaurants.
Worst service ever! Told us it would be 30 min to be seated but it actually took an hour to be seated. Server took our drinks and order all at the same time to bring it out faster. 5 people of our table ordered pasta only one got the bread that it came with. This location has such a bad service, They sat us down around 8:30-8:40pm we ordered food our food around 9:15.. the server forgot our drinks.. Then forgot straws.. our alcohol drinks didn't even make it until 9:50 our food made it out around 10:40-10:50 and that's only bc we had to remind them we hadn't gotten our food yet... such a bad experience... won't be dining here ever again...
I think the servers need to learn better customer service every time I go over there its either rude or I can't ever get an extra glass of water or soda when it's done
