I went with a friend and our waitress took the order, and brought our drinks, and then when she brought the food, our fries weren't hot, and my friends burger was a mess after he cut it in half. My bowl of chili was cold too. Will not go back to this location.
Took my grandson there for lunch yesterday after church. Our wait time was about 10 or 15 minutes..... if that long. Our server was excellent on bringing our food in a timely manner!! No complaints at all.......
Love it!!! Great people, great atmosphere and great conversations! We go almost every week! Miguel, Matt and Monica are great bartenders!
Food was good. Service was terrible. I had to stop the manager several times to do what his wait staff should have been doing. I would NOT recommend this location.
We waited a few minutes on our table. Then 10-15 minutes for someone to take our drink& appetizers orders. Then, they brought some appetizers, but not all. We also had to wait a long time for our entrees. It took almost 2 hrs just to have lunch. I won't go back to that location.
Called in ahead of time for a party of 8... was on a time schedule and the wait time was ungodly ridiculous!! Just a bunch of kids working there and didnt care a thing in the world about getting us sat. They were all busy chatting with each other. Finally sat down and thank the lord we a great waitress..she was very good and quick. If it was not for the waitress i would have given a 0 star for the terrible service !!!!
Ive been a server for 8years and i give most servers the benefit of doubt but this service was horrible and food was cold. We had to ask other servers for silverware and refills. My entire experience was ruined. I will never come back to this chili's.
Pésimo servicio!!! La mesera super mal.. Definitivamente no vuelvo...
