I love Chili's, there are times it's better than others. No wait this time, waitress was attentive and the food was good, it could have been a bit better. Mashed potatoes were a little dry and my street corn only had the fixings on one side, should have been all over. Other than that it was good.

I have gone to many Chili's being Mt Dora FL was in my area, service was always excellent, I've been to the Odessa TX for the third time, they just don't have it together. Every time the food was not hot, it took 35 minutes to get 3 margaritas, the server told me the new special of margarita was the presidente, it was not! Very upset since that is what I always order. The bill was wrong by $25.00 I sure wish there was another one in the area. It's almost an hour drive for us. I think corporate should spend a week training.

I just have to say that despite all that happened today they handled it like a champ. The power went out and the after church lunch rush was in full swing. The staff took care of everything and made sure, despite the lack of power, we were taken care of.

They treat us better than family. Maybe because we go there every Thursday. But the staff are awesome! Enjoy every time.
