This is seriously unacceptable. The cow is still mooing at me. I asked them to get me a burger slightly pink so that it isn't completely dry. But this is completely raw it really isn't safe to serve someone this. I called and asked to speak to the manager and I was put on hold for 10 minutes without anyone coming to the phone. I had to hang up and call again, and ask for the manager once more. Food was late even cold😡. If your hungry go somewhere else it’s not worth the waiit. The waitresses are fine though
Ordered on line arrived when told to be there. 1 hour later no food. Was told it would be another 45 mins or longer. If you aren’t prepared to handle takeout maybe just shutdown. Or be more honest with people about pickup times.

RecommendedWith the CV-19 going on, we had take out dinner from Chili’s tonight. Cesar salads, sirloin steak, cheese cake were all delicious and paying $25 for 2 people to eat is pretty nice. The girl (Mariah) that brought our food out to curbside was super friendly. Thank you!!
The service was horrible both times I went in 3/18/20 and today.. order was wrong and spoke with josh the manager he wasn’t helpful and acted as if he didn’t care.. the to go person was horrible it at least she apologized

We ordered curbside pick-up and when getting home we realized the two appetizers of chips and salsa were missing, we called the restaurant and they were nothing but nice and accommodating!!! They also offered us a dessert to make up for not including the app. When we went to pick them up they came out with two huge bags of chips, and 2 cookies with hot fudge and ice cream for my kids!! It was amazing customer service and we really appreciated it!!!! Thank you to the staff working last night :)
