Doors were dirty and looked to have been cleaned but tons of smudges. The floor was wet on way to bathroom with caution sign up and tables around … not sure why didn’t use mop. Kids Alfredo sauce didn’t have a taste to it/
I have been calling Chilis about a order I picked up since yesterday and still can’t get an answer and this is ridiculous because my car is down and I can’t just drive back up there. I ordered a country fried steak and an Frose alcoholic beverage. My drink was not even what I ordered and the gravy on my steak tasted like flour. I was charged twice for the same online pick up order, and restaurant did nothing to fix that. Manager Lindsay and the owner were supposed to do a refund, but 8 days later no money, and no calls back! Sad that customer service doesn't exist there! They didn't even say sorry! Will be reaching out to corporate! Be aware, check your bank statement!
Hiring friendly people with good customer service the host was very rude.
