Tried to support Chili’s during this crisis - what a waste of time - took forever -poorly run- super rude - go elsewhere if you’re looking to support your community restaurants!!
The food was good so that I will give 4.5 stars. Now don't mistakenly leave anything because the staff will take it. I left my cardigan on the seat on the outside patio, was the only person on the patio with my husband. I called them about 30 minutes after I left and was told they did not have it. Really... So then your staff took it cause no one was out there when we left. I get this nasty lady who said she was the manager named Marie or Maria whatever.. She was so freakin rude.. Won't go back to this chili's again.
The bar is amazing . Great staff , great vibes and great drinks
We haven't eaten here in a while and I mean like a few years. So tonight we said lets try it sick of apple bees and wanted something different. Manager came to the table said we would be well taken care of. Ordered a drink from the bar it never came...appetizer was great (I mean who could mess up chips and dip) dinner comes the only thing of my dinner that was hot was the French fries (for a change) chicken crispers were over cooked and cold...My mac and cheese was also cold. I got a 6oz steak and it was so delicious and cooked just right, med-well! Great service and staff!
