They treat me like regular and not like a tourist even though we visit only twice a year. Great place and awesome people.
Rented two mountain bikes from here last weekend. Staff members were helpful in suggesting trails for us to ride at. They also have bike racks to rent which they kindly attached to our rental car. My bike rode well and I had a blast riding in Moab for the first time ever.
I’ve been into this shop several times for various things and they always been helpful. Yesterday I dropped off a bike that was in all sorts of misery and the shop got it put together with rebuilt shocks and everything in just a few hours. My bike has never felt this good.
They quickly fixed my hydraulic brakes one year, the next year we left our bikes at home and rented bikes from them.
I was broken and they kept me riding by means of a long travel 29er (Evil Wreckoning) and their service / caring attitude / helpful hints was beyond expected I love my local bike shop, but these guys are also exceptional.
You can get socks and underwear with Chili pepper on them.

An excellent shop! I rented a Liv Avail and the entire staff was very helpful and attentive to getting the bike set up for me and offering assistance throughout. And the coffee was great too! :-)
