Recently purchased a demo bike from CPBS and all I can say is, WOW! From the start of the transaction, the communication from their staff was timely and accurate. They explained, in detail, the condition of the bike I was purchasing to manage expectations. To my surprise, when the bike arrived at my house (after quick shipping) , I realized the bike was in better condition than expected, and it was even wrapped with PPF which was not mentioned prior! Great, knowledgeable service and high quality merchandise and equipment. I rented a mountain bike for 3 days, enjoyed every minute and never had a mechanical issue. I had the pleasure of riding with 2 of the employees, Josh Brown and Andrew Kauffman (my son) who showed me the best trails in town, which included The Whole Enchilada.
