Very friendly and helpful staff! Accommodated a rather last minute rental with 4 great bikes, all in nicely maintained condition and perfectly set up for each of us. Sent us on our way with spare tubes and basic tools, a cool idea. Took time to discuss local trails and make recommendations to suit out skill levels. Highly recommend these guys!!!
Best bike rental experience ever! My friend insisted that we rent from them, and it's clear why. They worked with our travel schedule and let a couple of us try different bikes (most shops will not do that because they do not want to have to service another bike even if you are unhappy on your original choice). Not surprisingly, when I walked in, I recognized one of my local Austin mechanics from years ago.... I remembered him because he did an unscheduled repair for me over lunch so I could make a charity ride the next day ... read more
