I saw a teacher in the playground area yelling at children with a threatening voice, yank one kid by the arm pretty hard, and then sit down scrolling on her phone all within 5 minutes. This is the opposite of what you want when you leave your child somewhere everyday.
While I do not have any children attending here, I have spent time at the business next to the outdoor play area. While there I consistently hear the way the toddler teacher speaks (yells) at the children out there. Even causing many to cry as she screamed “GO PLAY.” If I had heard my actual children’s daycare teacher address them like that I would immediately withdraw them.
My son has been going here for a couple of years and the experience has always been great. I love the structure and all the fun activities and experiences that they have! The teachers are great at communicating anything you can think of as well. 10/10 would recommend
Worst Experience I’ve had! Had to take my son to emergency room because of them pulling his arm too hard out of socket.
We enjoyed the staff, communication, opportunities to see our daughter through video during the day. The instruction she was given while there was positive, and helped her be better prepared for future educational opportunities. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone.
