very bad experience with the OR staff who treated me poorly. I got none of the compassion, kindness, honesty, bla bla bla that Hartford health Care brags about. The OR staff gave me a second degree burn from the cautery which they placed on intact healthy skin. It burned right through my skin and gave me a hole. It is something that just does not ever happen unless the staff is careless.. The anesthetist MD told me he would be administering my anesthesia but he did not. Neglect on obvious Mrsa - bump on face. Ignored the CDC policy on draining in ER and lack of discharge instructions . My ears if my life and face are now beyond destroyed w this life threatening illness that's cause my d fire dace okys destruction. Did not even leave my home for several years.
