Went today and had the pleasure of dealing with Todd. I explained (holding back tears because I knew it would cost me ) that my engine splash guard ( so I thought )was torn down and my grandson thought I blew a tire because of how bad it sounded. Todd took my car to the back and came back a short while later to tell me it was a felt covering and very honestly and upfront that my vital items under were intact and there was really no need to replace unless I wanted to Todd cut it off and took care of it..His honesty and courte... read more
