my mother in law has been in the hospital a few days now after a surgery and they brought her lunch and when she bit into it she bit into a finger of a glove! that is completely unacceptable and when we showed it to the nurse she just took it like nothing and said she would throw it away. They are very lucky she did not choke on that rubber!
the security guards are horrible. the rent-a-cop assaulted me here. he broke my phone because he thought i was taking a picture of him. i would never take a loved one here. Very poor customer service. Shameful. the nursing staff seemed wonderful. its sad that this one "security officer" ( i use this term loosely) would treat people so horrible! they are not licensed by washington! therefore they are not regulated. user beware! attorneys are now involved!
Recommendedmy husband had a stroke and spent 5 days on the 2nd floor stroke unit. The staff was amazing. Nurses, caregivers, and cleaning did a great job. I just want to say thank you to all the staff! Not one was better than the other from dietary staff, nursing staff, labs, cleaning people, social workers and all. Thank you for all you do!
My doctor's office put in an urgent referral, I called to be sure it had been received, it had but they won't let me make an appointment until they call me. So you end up waiting forever. Nice to know urgent means something...
