I had a heartbreaking experience here. They were unable to see three of my foster kids. I had to drive an hour to get here. If it weren’t for medicaid and this being one of the only options I would not send a child here. They made me feel truly awful and wasted a lot of time. I feel many things could have been done differently in order to avoid this. Management: Please have more empathy and don’t treat people like a number/means to end. Have some humanity please.
Well this May take a while at first we arrived at 11 AM schedule receptionist lady is horrible. I don’t know how long she’s been doing this but you can tell she’s been doing it for a long time she’s very uncaring. I asked her to turn the TV on because it was showing just a screensaver of a cartoon OK but the lady asked me what is the screen showing and I said it’s showing a cartoon like a screensaver and then she yelled at me and asked me again what is on the TV
Cannot even get in to see them as I have to keep rescheduling the appointment because you have to jump through so many hoops with doctors and insurance. Never seen this with a doctor before but no one seems to know what they’re doing or why they send over the wrong paperwork for approval 3 different times.

Our consultation was great. The dr and staff was very nice and informative. I give them a 2 because of the day of my sons procedure. We were instructed to put numbing cream on him an hour before, we put it in at 12:15 ( our son had penial adhesion, and had to get 3 bridges cut) our appointment was at 1:15 we didn't get in until around 1:45. I asked them how we know if he is numb, they told me they would check before. When they were cleaning him he was screaming they said it was just because it was cold.
