Our consultation was great. The dr and staff was very nice and informative. I give them a 2 because of the day of my sons procedure. We were instructed to put numbing cream on him an hour before, we put it in at 12:15 ( our son had penial adhesion, and had to get 3 bridges cut) our appointment was at 1:15 we didn't get in until around 1:45. I asked them how we know if he is numb, they told me they would check before. When they were cleaning him he was screaming they said it was just because it was cold. The dr is great but the scheduling is absolutely horrible. They do not communicate what is needed for the appointment and they call multiple times prior to the appointment requesting different things, referrals, etc and then you get to the appointment and they tell you they don’t have what they need and won’t see the child. It’s horrible customer service and communication. If someone just said what was needed up front when you made the appointment this all would be fine.

Nurses were super kind and friendly . Dr Katherine Corbyons is the best ,she did my son's circumcision. Totally recommended

Please go somewhere else. Scheduling appointments is horrible. You’ll wait an hour in the waiting room for every appointment. We also came to this location because it was close by, but they send you to a surgery center an hour away. They don’t tell you that until you’ve already spent hundreds on the first appointment. Our 3 minute consult with the doctor was $600+.

Since June (now almost 6 months after a Dr referral) I have called and called and called and left message after message. You will never reach a person if you call and no one will ever call you back. My general practitioner had to call for an appt and All Children's never sent dr note, though requested, to my sons school and the school will not let him make up work.
