They bill out everything separately so urgent care co-pay doesn’t cover what it is supposed to. When you call they are unwilling to resubmit with urgent care code.
We always have excellent care at Children’s UC. From check in to assistant,nurse, physican and all in decent time. Love and my first choice for sick kiddos.
