*EDIT*- I received an apology call from the Operations Director. Which is a fine sentiment and I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I did not get the paper that I was being asked to sign about the attendance removed from my portal. And I was told that I will be retaining my 74% attendance penalty, it was not in fact 60%. In my experience, apology without reparation or action is manipulation. I had the pleasure of sitting in on one of my granddaughter’s speech therapy sessions, and I was truly impressed. The therapist Sarah Dilts was incredibly kind, patient, and engaging. She created such a warm and welcoming environment that immediately put my granddaughter at ease. What stood out the most was how naturally she connected with her—turning the session into something fun while still being purposeful and effective.
