This facility has helped my son and family for years now. Great place with heart
*EDIT*- I received an apology call from the Operations Director. Which is a fine sentiment and I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I did not get the paper that I was being asked to sign about the attendance removed from my portal. And I was told that I will be retaining my 74% attendance penalty, it was not in fact 60%. In my experience, apology without reparation or action is manipulation. And it was hinted that I remove my review. So, if you wish to remove my penalty I will consider increasing from one to two stars. But ... read more
I had the pleasure of sitting in on one of my granddaughter’s speech therapy sessions, and I was truly impressed. The therapist Sarah Dilts was incredibly kind, patient, and engaging. She created such a warm and welcoming environment that immediately put my granddaughter at ease.
