They were extremely rude to me over the phone. I literally got hung up on. The experience at CTOA from start to finish is great! The team there really cares for you and we’ve made some lifelong friends there. Both of my brothers and I went to CTOA from birth well into our 20’s and it was super helpful to learn how our bodies function and how to work with it instead of against. Gabi, Megan and all the staff will treat you like family.
CTOA has been a lifeline for our family since 2019. So far our experience has been great - everyone is very nice and has been very helpful with our daughter. The sessions are very thorough and the parent info provided back at the end of each session is very helpful.
