Ladies who answer the phone to make appointments are so rude. I called a Monday around 4 pm. She could not find the name of my daughter on the system with her DOB(which is weird I always do that and never got any problem) I spelled her name correctly she couldn’t get it, she told me my “accent” was the problem, in a mean way. I told her to call her back before they close to give you the name of the doctor , then she never picked up my phone again even though it was 4:20pm
