We got connected with Childrens HTC after a traumatic diagnosis. We have been so happy with the care and compassion they have shown us and our son. The whole team has been amazing.
Good doctors, horrible coordination of care. Staff must be exhausted from dealing with the dysfunction as it shows in their attitude towards patients/parents. We had a lab appointment - arrived and the appointment on the books but the lab had no orders on hand. Staffer was visibly confused and overwhelmed, frustrated and annoyed. She said, "How can you not know what labs he needs?" and "You're supposed to have the orders" with real attitude as I tried to explain that it was our first visit and no one said anything to us when... read more
Poorly run, incompetent staff. Waited six weeks for a referral appointment. Called several times and got conflicting excuses each time. Leaves me with no confidence in their quality of care. Unfortunately this seems to be our only option for infusion for a child in twin cities. Very Frustrated!
Poor communication skills, laziness, and lack of care from scheduling. Scheduling needs better training.
