Dr. Kathryn Otto is an utterly deplorable doctor who should be avoided at all costs. Her lack of professionalism is staggering—she displays no care or competence in her practice. The administrative staff at her office is equally appalling, rude, and completely disorganized, making the entire experience a nightmare. If your baby is sick they won’t make an appointment instead make you wait hours in a waiting room. Yet if you try and get in for shots you’ll be fit right in and be in and out. This makes absolutely no sense. I wasted hours for my son to be seen only to have to leave bc I had to work. This is super unprofessional.
